Elegant and sophisticated. This halo heart necklace features a padparadscha fancy lab-grown sapphire center stone surrounded by Lafonn's signature Lassaire simulated diamonds. The necklace is set in sterling silver bonded with platinum. The pendant comes on an adjustable 20" chain.
