Cirelli Jewelers & A.Jaffe do not charge a customization fee. You will only be charged for any additional materials (metal and diamonds) used in your custom design.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund with some exceptions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must include the original packaging, tags, paperwork, books, manuals, certification and/or anything else included in the package. All tags/labels must still be fully affixed to the item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- All rings with sizing requests.
- All custom pieces.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
